 It is here where you can snorkel and swim directly outside your door or quietly sunbathe on the beach. If you are interested in Water sports... it is just a step away next door at Rum Point where you can book Dive/Snorkel/Stingray trips or rent Kayaks/Boats/Wave runners 7 days a week!

Just steps away you can have lunch on the beach or enjoy an evening of fine dining at the Rum Point Club or enjoy lunch and dinner at the Kaibo Yacht Club just down the road.

With full time on-site Management the Retreat offers a welcoming staff to assist you with all of your rental needs whether it is making dinner reservations, arranging for child care, transportation, catering or booking a quiet in-residence massage. The Retreat offers a private fitness center as well as a large pool and tennis courts for all your exercise needs.

Rum Point Retreat

 Our family of four from Boston ( two adults & two teens) arrived at the condo for some relaxation after spending a fun but hectic week on seven mile beach. The condo was perfect, lots of space and well equipped. The view of the beach from the screened in porch was lovely. It was great being right next door to the public Rum Point beach with snack bar, restaurant, shop, and water sports, but still having our own private, quiet beach to ourselves. It was like being in a resort but with our own space, and much better value. To be so close to the beach, with so many amenities, and still feel secluded is very rare. We enjoyed snorkeling from the beach (saw Sting Rays, Lion fish, Barracuda, Cuttlefish and many more) trip to Sting Ray City with Red Sail Sports (go late in the day when no cruise ships are in), sunset at Starfish Point, and the nearby caves tour (fantastic stalactites and stalagmites). Eating out options are fairly limited if you don't want to drive so stock up on groceries before coming. There is a small supermarket about 10 minutes away for basics). This is the perfect location to rest and unwind after spending time on the other side of the island. Thanks for a great stay.
