OVERVIEW:

 

Searulean view is a modern 2 bedroom cottage perched on the edge of the water with the most spectacular vista of the whole of Pease Bay. Situated in the tiny village of Breakers it overlooks the reef and affords a uninterrupted panoramic view of the waves breaking over the reef along the whole length of the bay.

The mixed colors of pale turquoise through azure and indigo blue never cease to delight. Birdlife sightings include herons, pelicans, osprey to name but a few.

The accommodation includes a light filled vaulted ceiling main living area with a beautiful uplit island dining area which entrances and surprises guests.

 

There are 2 Ensuites with bathrooms and a guest bathroom.

A very comfortable sofa converts into a queen size bed and allows a couple to sleep in the main living area.

The kitchen area is modern and well stocked and all appliances are new, which includes a washer and dryer.

The welcoming large front deck is roof covered at one end and open at the other. There is a netted side deck which has a BBQ area.

The beach is private and 2 kayaks are available for exploring the bay.

There is both a small shop for basic supplies within walking distance and a restaurant/bar . The soon to be reopened iconic Lighthouse restaurant is also within walking distance.

This East End of the island is not close to nightclubs and main shopping but is only a 25 minute drive away.

Rum Point, Kaibo, The Crystal Caves, The Botanic Park (home to the Cayman Blue Iguana) and Tukka's Bird Sanctuary are all within a very close driving distance. Excellent diving at East End is10 minutes drive away.

The property has an enclosed driveway and electric gate with ample parking.

This is a home from home on the edge of the beach with one of the most gorgeous  Caribbean Sea views on the island.
