The Retreat at Rum Point Unit 28,30 and Gardens of the Kai Unit 3,9,13 and 16 are  located on pristine, calm, white, sandy beach.

Retreat is located in Rum Point while The Gardens is located in Water Cay Road of North Side area of the island.The Gardens of the Kai  and Retreat at Rumpoint is away from traffic and the noise of George Town and Seven Mile Beach, but close to quality restaurants and recreational activities. The condo  has  beach and private heated pool where you will enjoy your vacation from sunup to sundown.
