OVERVIEW

Experience the delight and tranquility of this charming, 'bungalow' style, free standing cottage. It rests upon its own private, pure white, powdery, soft beach. We are located on the quiet, serene side of the island, just 40 minutes from the Georgetown Airport. 'Gardens of the Kai Condos' feature a relaxed and restful atmosphere with pristine views and beautiful tropical gardens. Walk out the extra large screened in lanai, and within steps be transported directly to paradise. Crystal blue waters, a gentle breeze, and oscillating palm trees encompass your view. A fresh water sparkling pool can also be found on the property for those who choose this option.

This 1100 square foot home features 1 bedroom/1 bath with an additional queen-size sleeper sofa. The beautiful open floor plan with Caribbean-style furniture is in excellent condition. Soft baby-blue accents can be found in the fully stocked kitchen along with microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker to name a few extra amenities. A washer/dryer unit is featured within the home. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed, television, and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has his and her sinks, a large shower-tub unit, and a separate toilet. A walk-in closet offers plenty of space for your belongings.

Large floor to ceiling slider doors open up to the lanai from both the kitchen and living-dining room area. The lanai showcases a tile floor, white wicker furniture, and a ceiling fan. Million dollar, expansive views of your own private beach, along with beautiful sunsets can be soaked up from here. Just grab your coffee or glass of wine, sit back and enjoy!

This condo is situated in a prime location within a mile from the famous Rum Point Beach and Kaibo Yacht Club Restaurant and Bar. All your favorite water sports are available.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Once “booked” (paid 50% of Rental Charge), should guest cancel (by written email or fax) prior to paying the full rental amount (or prior  to 60 days from occupancy), 25% of the rental charge will be returned by US$ draft as soon as possible. Should NCRM LTD. be able to replace the  reservation, the balance of the initial deposit will be returned less any re-booking costs and/or credit card fees incurred. Should NCRM LTD. not be able to replace the reservation, the remaining 25% is forfeited.

 Once full payment has been made (or the 60 day mark has passed and the guest has not paid the balance), should guest cancel, every effort will be made to replace the reservation. Should the reservation be replaced, the guest will receive 100% of money paid less re-booking  fee.

REVIEWS

Great condo just steps from the beach

 We loved the fact that the unit is a single detach condo and it's literally few steps away from the beach.  The huge screened in lanai is great for meals or just relaxing "outside" in the shade.  The Kaibo is next door for water activities and  offers or just relax with drinks.  The unit is great.  Everything is new.  Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom are great.  AC work great too.  It's decorated very nicely too, very bright and happy.  Really no complaints at all.  The condo is well built as we could not hear anyone else!  In general, Gardens is very quiet unlike Seven Mile beach area.  If you want a relaxing vacation with some terrific snorkeling, you can't beat this unit. The restaurant next door is great too, so you don't have to drive if you want a nice dinner out.
